About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

Just want to praise both our Ambulance staff and Hospital workers. I called an ambulance for my friend who had a fall and had a significant head injury. Not only did they have to deal with my friend but me also after fainting at the sight of my friend. The ambulance staff were great and made us feel so at ease, very reassuring and well looked after.

At the hospital i could not fault anyone. Brilliant treatment. New A & E dept.felt much better atmosphere than the old one. And staff are amazing. Place was very busy and i admire everything they do for us.

Feel proud of our Hospital. Thank you.

Thank you for your review. I'm sure that it was quite traumatic to see your friend injured like that. We also feel very proud of our hospital and privileged to have the opportunity to help and care for people everyday.
