About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted at 8. 00am for day surgery on my right ankle. My fiancee took me to the hospital and we were greeted as soon as we got to the ward. We were checked in and shown to my room. It was clean, airy and a good first impression. The whole day from start to finish, I was greeted with conversation and professionalism from every staff member I encountered. After the surgery, I felt I was well looked after and in particular Samantha.

Thank You for taking the time to post about your care in the Day Surgery Unit, I am glad to read that you were treated with professionalism by all the staff you met and that you felt well looked after during your stay.
