I was in to have my ear unpinned from my scalp after an accident in January
I was in at 8am and was told the op will happen about 10. 30an
In all that time the nurses were brilliant
During the surgery under local I was in and out of the operating room
In 30 minute no problems and it was a breeze. The surgeon and staff
were outstanding and chatty
After I came out when to my bed and was given a cup of awesome coffee (truly im fussy and it was just perfect)
From start to finsh front door on arrival till I left I had a great experience
I have to admit from the day I had my accident in January, occasional plastic meeting to get/give progress on my injury. I have not had a bad experience in the Dundee Ninewells and Dunfermline Queen Margret hospitals
All the staff from the porters to surgeons have been wonderful I have never doubted the Scottish NHS. People I have met have said the same Even the Gastomony and the Urology have been the best
