I visited gynae outpatients and was unbelievably anxious and nervous, however I needn't have worried. I was met by a cheerful hca who was friendly and courteous, and then seen by a locum registrar who was polite, professional, and very reassuring.
A big thank you and thumbs up to all involved, I left feeling I had encountered a very positive experience.
