"The nurse really was amazing"

Have attended Belgrave Medical Centre for a routine cervical screening test; obviously not the most pleasurable experience and usually experience a lot of discomfort and pain both during and after a test (but for the sake of this, just every three years and the thought of what the test actually means - just have to get on with it! ). Apprehensive of course.

I would like to thank Nurse Laura , beforehand she cared enough to ask me how I usually cope with these tests and naturally put me at ease, somehow completely reassuring me; the test was over in what seemed like seconds with only the minimum of discomfort; she really was amazing, her 'bedside manner' and her professionalism and efficiency was outstanding. I'll be asking for this lady in the future xx Thank you so much Nurse Laura.
