Functions are great. The staff are awesome, however they get cancelled WAY too much.

Thank you for your feedback. It is great to hear that you value the functions. In terms of cancellations, activities are now centralised and day care managers in each service work closely with each other, Site Managers & CRO and to try to reduce the number of cancelled sessions. We will endeavour to let patients know in advance of any cancelled activities.
