"My care has been positive"

About: Astley Ainslie Hospital

(as a service user),

Having read CFS treatment at AAH by ThisIsMyScreenName I felt I had to reply as a positive patient at the AAH, I love the old buildings and the restful atmosphere of the parklands in the centre of Edinburgh.

The rules of no emails are annoying but I have felt treated as a human being who just happens to have MS! Frustration seems to be an understatement of ThisisMyScreenName whom I hope is feeling better but I cannot agree. My care has been positive and even the driving assessment which was gruelling finished with a good result. Orthotics is my next step forward this week! Pun intended.

Dear hellisMS

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback describing your positive experiences at the Astley Ainslie Hospital.

I was really pleased to read how the staff have cared for you and delighted to read that you had a positive result with your driving assessment. I hope things go well with your Orthotic appointment - I am trying to reciprocate with an appropriate pun....but have failed!

I have shared your lovely feedback with the staff, who like me will be delighted to read your kind words.

Kind regards

Jeannette
