(as a service user),

Since initially contacting STARS, I have been treated superbly. My key worker, Tony, has been supportive and a great listener with fantastic knowledge. He has always made me feel comfortable to what I want without fear of being judged. In all, he has made a traumatic experience as comfortable as it possibly can be. I now look forward to a life without alcohol and this wouldn't have been possible without the help I was given.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. It's great to hear how well you feel you have been supported within our service. Tony is a great alcohol worker and I will ensure he gets this feedback, which I am sure will put a huge smile on his face knowing he has made a difference to your life.

Keep on moving forward with your recovery and a life without alcohol, it's sound like you are in a really positive place. Continue all we have to offer with STARs (including AA running from our buildings).
