About: Epsom Clinic

I popped into the clinic a few days ago to make an appointment as I wasn't successful over the phone. Although the receptionist said appointments had to be made over the phone, they passed me onto a member of staff who was very attentive and helped me make an appointment over the phone. I was very impressed with how genuine they were whilst helping me out. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time but offered to help. Upon going back to the clinic today, they remembered me and I was seen on-time, which is quite unusual at a health centre! The healthcare professional who saw me throughout my appointment was professional and friendly. They made me feel at ease throughout my whole appointment and I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the staff who saw me.
