"Severe lack of staff working night shifts on..."

I had to stay in DRI ward S10 (Urology) for number of nights commencing 23rd June 2017. During my stay I witnessed a number of patients become very very distressed because their care has to be interrupted by staff going off shift, with no replacements being made. There were only 3 staff covering a wd of 20 people, many of whom had potentially life-threatening conditions. Patients are left with treatments not completed for hours, and have become very distressed about their immediate prognosis, to the point of going jnto anxiety attacks, which are not treated due to there not being any staff to deal with them.
