The staff although very busy in a&h were very thorough and professional in a friendly way putting me at ease and well informed. Telling me what they we're doing and why it was being done.
The doctor I later saw was utterly professional, informative, kind and understanding ; as were all the staff , from the reception in a&e to the staff on the ward . All very friendly giving a visit to hospital ( a worrying time) a more relaxed and less worrying time.
Excellent .
