"Improving service at the Nottingham QMC"

When I first visited the hospital experiencing symptoms of cardiac problems, I found the waiting time to see the consultant to be unacceptable and very stressful. Since then, the service has been excellent. It is clear that the clinic could be better organised and more nurses are needed on the wards, but on the whole, everyone seems to be doing a good job with the resources available.

Thank you to all on day care ward D55 of the Queen's Medical Centre, and to Dr Bass and staff in the theatre.
