"NHS cop out"

I have been told 3 times now that the Basildon Hospital is so overworked, they don't have time to address each patients issues, I have been waiting 9 months to get care for a serious illness and it has been delayed again until September. In the mean time I am losing sensation in my hands and feet, likely irreversible nerve damage and despite me offering to pay for the medicine I need, the NHS is just washing their hands of me.
