"No proper information"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I was very unhappy after my visit to the podiatry clinic, I’m not even convinced I saw a qualified person.

I was referred to the clinic to treat plantar fasciitis, I wanted more information about the condition and would have liked to talk to a podiatrist about it to understand the condition and how the exercises / treatment would help. Instead I was just handed a leaflet and not given any proper information at all.
