"Quality of care"

I recently accompanied my father to the Huddersfield RI. His appointment was with the Maxillo-facial department. I would like to convey my sincere thanks and gratitude for the quality of care shown. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The nurses were very accomodating (and wore a sincere smile in what I imagine is a tough and tiring occupation). I was most impressed with the consultant. They were polite, understanding and had time to explain and re-explain all aspects of the consultation in an accessible manner. They made information clear and coherant and most importantly, showed their sense of humour! Very many thanks for a calm experience at HRI
