From the time I arrived at the reception desk of the endoscopy department to the time I left, I was treated in an exemplary manner.

All staff were absolutely brilliant. A credit to the profession! Very caring staff put me at ease throughout the procedure. Efficient and helpful. Can't praise them enough!
