The experience of having a catarct removed and a lens implant was made to feel as simple as possible and the outcome has been excellent. The world is now like 3D full technicolour movie! Well done NHS and Crawley hospital short stay unit. Glad I didn't opt for private health care and now I can afford a holidy as well!


the only thing that could be improved is the appointment system in short stay unit

This is something we are working on currently so that our patients are better informed as to how the day of their appointment will be structured.
