About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I didnt know what to expect fro the course of if it would help me. It has helped me massively. I feel so much more in control of my life, less stressed, less feelings of being overwhelmed. I fall asleep quicker and stay asleep which I have struggled with for a long time. It has also helped with my pain control & relaxing when I am in pain
