I used the new urgent care service for the first time today. I found it extremely helpful. It meant that I could speak to a GP within 10 minutes of phoning reception. In my case no additional appointment was necessary. If I had gone in for an appointment with the problem I had I think I would have left feeling guilty for taking up the time that someone else may have needed more than me. Instead I felt reassured and got the advice that I needed. We'll done Pathfields for implementing this service!
