About: University Hospital Aintree / Accident and emergency

I had a relatively sort wait of 2.5 hours.

There were TVs to pass the time, a little shop with drinks and snacks.

The place was clean and tidy.

The booking in system was a bit confusing when I arrived, I couldn't understand where to go and the signs didn't help, but other patients did.

Every single member of staff I met from reception, nurse practitioners, porters, radiography department were lovely.

They could not have been kinder or more considerate.

I was so impressed when physio was arranged for me within a week.

Its too easy to complain, but I want to take this opportunity to say thank you.
