"Rude. Long wait. Unhappy staff"

About: Cumberland Centre

I was waiting for three hours to be told I couldn't be helped even as this could have been established in the first meeting with staff. Staff were rude, the genral feeling was please leave. I came in because it was a Saturday and my gp was not open I was frowned at for doing so. I have never used this service and I won't ever again.

I do apologise for your bad experience at Cumberland MIU. It is very surprising as we get such great praise for this MIU, with 99% satisfaction rates on our Friends & Family Test. Clearly, this was not your experience and I would appreciate it if you would contact to give me you name and the date that you attended so that we can look into this matter.
