About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

Arrived for induction on the Monday and was given a bed immediately. All staff were helpful and friendly (Antenatal Ward). Partner was also well looked after, given a side room and camp bed to rest through the night.

Amazing staff on labour ward – felt very safe and listened to. I wanted as natural a labour as possible and this was well respected.

Post-natal ward very good. Breast feeding support has been amazing.

Food all been good. Everything was clean. Not waited too long after calling for a midwife at any point.

Only point for improvement – perhaps re-warn mother that induction could be postponed if labour ward is busy.

Beth was the most amazing support (delivered baby).
