"The whole experience was really positive"

I recently spent a short time having prostate surgery in the Day Surgery unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The whole experience was a really positive one. All the staff made the time as easy as it could be for both myself and my wife. From the receptionist who greeted us early in the day onwards I was kept fully informed of what was going to happen, what choices I had and how I might be afterwards. Time was given, kindness shown and I felt like a partner in my care. Faultless - truly.

What impressed me most was the overall atsmosphere of the place - relaxed, friendly but efficient. Not that I am rushing to return but if I have to then that would be an easy choice!
