About: Northwick Park Hospital

they never answer appointments phone whether through their direct number or via main number operator (over ten mins hang on each time)

The doctor explained how experienced they were on visit but forgot to put my X-ray form through, so I sat there all morning ! Then after I need a scan but they failed to send paperwork through so no scan appoint meant was arranged. I chased and had to change return appointment. When they did send scan app through they did not detail appointment date Scan had to meet, so it all failed.
