"They were all compassionate without being condescending"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow

(as a service user),

When I needed to have a lumbar puncture the staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital made an absolutely rubbish day into something special.

As a person with disabilities I needed extra care, the staff were there to make sure I received it. They were all compassionate without being condescending, all the staff were great though nurse Susan was particularly good.

On Patient Opinion, I support Lorna Gray, Patient Experience Public Involvement Project Manager, and Niall McGrogan, Head of Patient Experience Public Involvement.
