"Superb and kind attention to elderly mum"

Again we found ourselves in A&E at the weekend.

This time it was not over stretched and the atmosphere was calm and organised.

My 90 year old mother was attended to promptly and with utmost consideration.

She was sent for tests and taken to clinical assessment ward in the evening - not too late to ensure a night's rest. I cannot praise the staff at all levels highly enough - from the wonderful ambulance staff to the person serving the tea.
