"Gate 22 visit"

I accompanied my elderly mother who has advanced Alzheimers to an appointment at Gate 22 today. The staff were fantastic! They spoke to my mother with respect and treated her with great dignity. The nurses/assistants explained what would happen on each procedure before,during and after. They showed great empathy and constantly comforted my mother throughout the visit and even organised patient transport without having to ask! Well done to the staff of Gate 22. Thankyou!
