I attended New Hall as an NHS patient and had a Ganglion Cyst and a small bone spur removed. The procedure was performed under a local anasaetic which was my choice. This procedure went extremely smoothly and exactly as had been explained to me. The whole admission and surgical procedure to release took 3 hours.
Everything had been fully explained to me prior to surgery thus enabling me to make an informed decision. The surgeon and all staff that I had contact with were highly professional and caring.
