"You saved my life"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus

Last year i was airlifted to the hospital after a very serious road accident during my time there i lost my life a couple of times.

I will never forget the doctors, you saved my life words cant thank you enough for what you did for me.

to all the staff on winifred 2 you helped me get my life back

even in those dark days and nights giving me hope your support i cannot measure as everyone went over and above the roles they do to help me, and as my husband began to loose his own life helped him to.

all you sisters were wonderful how lucky am i to have had you on my side

i hope you will be pleased to know that although lost my husband before Christmas last year i am continuing to improve and hope for the final surgery in the next couple of months

i love you all you have given me a second chance of life to see my new grandchildren grow up and my children move on xxx
