"Skims the surface"

The is a great service if you have one direct and specific problem. However, if you are human and have multiple problems which even you yourself can not identify all of this is not for you.

They are friendly, timely and punctual but do not have the ability to go deeply into problems or look outside of a box. I feel I answer questions to make them feel like they aren't wasting their time rather than just saying I don't know, that's a whole other problem or I need help. Goal setting is based as if you having tried anything before and tends to go in circles. I have a physical disability, which means I get tired whilst out shopping, so I go little and often. Solution, go longer. But I can't do that because I have a physical disability! And so it continues!
