What I liked
I Was treated with great care & respect from the minute I arrived. I was not kept waiting for my surgery. Staff were delightful & made me feel confident about my treatment.After surgery, pain was controlled & I was kept informed about the drugs I received. Cannot praise the service highly enough.
You all earn your money & deserve more!
What could be improved
The map which detailed where ward 14 was,was not clear.
