"This is the way hospitals should be"

I was given several hospitals to choose from and picked Newark because it was the soonest appointment available.

Really impressed by how clean it looked and smelled. Admin staff friendly and customer service focussed, stopping what they were doing to say hi, and when busy, still said hello.

Nursing staff efficient, X ray person brilliant in particular, spotlessly clean x ray room, explained positions they wanted me in really well.

Doctor was great too, friendly, efficient, explained options clearly and was reasonable and accommodating too.

All in all, a very good experience, I love the NHS, and this hospital could show many others how to do it - Thank you
