Staff refuse to listen about issues with previous labour and despite advising what would happen and asking for notes to be obtained since November they are not here and we are being ignored. I am now seeking legal advice as staff repeatedly say they are doing what's right based on all the face but refuse to actually take these into account and one person will say they will get notes but this is never chased and there is a total lack of ownership
