About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department University Hospital Hairmyres / General Medicine (Wards 9-12) University Hospital Hairmyres / Intensive Care Unit University Hospital Hairmyres / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 12)

(as a relative),

My dad was admitted to a&e with chest sepsis. He was extremely unwell & received excellent care from the medical staff & nurses Donna & Sam. He was transferred to HDU where staff nurse Chris & student Shannon were fabulous! Not only did they do an excellent job of caring for his physical needs but they also really made him feel better. He was then transferred to ward 11 where Dr Mulholland & an excellent team of medical & nursing staff took exceptional care of him. You should be so proud of the care you are giving, my family & I are eternally grateful.
