About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery Queen Margaret Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I attended gynaecology day surgery today at Queen Margaret Hospital. The department was spotless. All of the staff were very friendly and reassuring and I felt extremely well cared for. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanation of the anaesthetic process which hasn't been explained to me for previous procedures at other hospitals.

It is also very reassuring for the staff to hear that you were extremely well cared for as their aim is patient centred care.
