"Outstanding care of our 5 year old daughter"

And outstanding level of care was given to our daughter following a fall which resulted in a bad break to her arm. The 2 paramedics and 1 student paramedic were fabulous with her in trying to reduce her pain both before moving to the ambulance and before travelling the 40 mins drive to Lancaster Infirmary. On arrival, the A&E staff from nurses to doctors, they were very quick to treat our daughter with additional pain relief, xrays and having her transferred to the children's ward. The surgical team and the delightful nurses and play nurse all ensured she was comfortable both pre and post op. We would like to thank all the staff for their amazing and consistent care across all departments. We are truly grateful for the level of care she received whilst in your care. In our opinion, your staff were an absolute credit to your Trust the night we attended (29/05/17). Many thanks to you all!
