About: Spire Gatwick Park Hospital

I have had to visit Spire Gatwick Park on numerous occasions recently and generally I have found their service and attention to care quite unsatisfactory.

This is either to do with consistent mistakes during booking, inability to manage my account and provide adequate details or indeed sending me home after an operation with a cannula still in the back of my hand!

There is clearly a systemic issue with their level of patient care and consideration which, despite me providing feedback, still seems to be prevalent.
