"Time management and lacking in communication"

About: Park Hospital

Told to ne there at 7am arrived at 6.30 and was checked in and told i was first . Both nurses were amazing and a credit to their professions examined me and helped me relax.was informed i would be brought down to theatre approx 8am.was feeling extremely tired from fasting and anxious.at 9.15 my husband went out to reception nurses to find out delay .he was anxious himself and worried as i said i wanted to leave.i found out i had not been brought down first as promised and my surgeon was late into the hospital.i had my procedure done by gas under pressure because the surgeon became irritated when they couldnt get a vein after three failed attempts.at the end of procedure i heard clearly my assigned surgeon call my husband names and remark that i was probably afraid of him.this distressed mr further and brought me to tears.this person does not know myself or my huband personally and took umbridge at the fact that they complained.on return to my room one of the nurses took care of me again perfectly and i left.
