I phoned a doctor’s surgery and told the receptionist I was passing blood in my water and was told to go to a pharmacy as they are trained in these matters as it’s only a water infection. Three more times I tried and she still would not let me near the doctor, the fourth time she let me see the nurse.
She was told that I had cancer scares in the past but chose to ignore this.
It turned out to be a kidney infection, which so far has lasted 7 weeks and is still ongoing.
Have I got a right to take this further?
