I came in to be induced and had a pretty gruelling time with the labour experience. It was long and drawn out, painful and terrifying. But I was treat with so much respect by all the staff that dealt with me. My midwives on the labour ward were perfect and amazing with me they were so supportive and understanding and caring. The surgeons and all staff involved with my c section to deliver my baby girl were professional and courteous and even encountered a problem with a hernia but managed to repair any damage. The midwives on M1 were amazing too and gave advice where needed and were quick to answer my bell if I rang for assistance. The labour ward and M1 were clean and tidy, you could smell the cleaning products! I didn't have the best experience with my first child but I'd go back should I get pregnant again.
"My birth experience."
