"Midwife support worker MDU"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Maternity care

I came in for a glucose tolerance test, the support worker didn't bother to introduce themselves. No #hellomynameis. Attitude uncaring and can't be bothered, they were very miserable.

Poor infection control techniques when taking my blood, repalpated after cleaning their entry site - not good.

Told me off for putting pressure on blood taking site? Explained I have coagulation problems so need to apply pressure for a little longer. Continued to treat me like a child and tell me off for doing so. More training required??
