I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute .and they were great about it and arranged another appointment 1week later .I arrived at my appointment 1/2 hr early and only waited 10 minutes and was taken in to see the consultant who listened to what I had to say examined my knee then sent me for a xray .then saw me after explained what my options were and answered lots of questions about a total knee replacement booked me in for the operation in October .I was really impressed with the consultant and never felt I was treated as a NHS patient .After my appointment the nurses took the time to talk to me and I filled in all the paperwork nessasary I would recommend anyone needing to see the orthopedic department to go to this hospital
