Referred by RUH for review and possible surgery, all staff kept me informed of everything that was happening gave very clear intructions as to what was going to happen, the risks, and future management, everything happened very smoothly, efficiently, in a reassuring manner, I was completely reassured by the surgeons about the procedure and cannot thank all the staff enough for the skill, care and attention received, before during and after my surgery, your skill, dedication, professionalism and teamwork exemplary,
