"Reasuring staff"

During a recent visit to the Countess to undergo breathing tests, i must once again praise the staff working on that day . Reception staff were friendy and helpful, the technician who conducted the test took time to make me feel at ease, explained every test fully before taking test and then talked me through every step of each test slowly and precisly so i was aware of what to expect all of the time.
