"MRI SCAN"

I attend the imaging department for a scan on 26th May.

I was treated with courtesy and my dignity was respected.

The radiographer is a credit to the Trust they are efficient and polite and from my observation treats all patients with kindness respect and dignity.

These attributes combined with their high level of expertise are invaluable to patients and the Trust.

I have worked in the NHS for 30 years and I know what good care looks like I have witnessed it today in the imaging department.

Thank you to the entire team in the imaging department for making my experience as stress free as possible.
