(as a relative),

My dad was well looked after in ward 4F when he was admitted with heart failure.

My mum and I were updated daily by the attentive nursing staff, special thanks to nurse Yvonne who took the time and went to great lengths explaining the whole process to us which put us at ease even though it was obvious that she was extremely busy.

Although there was a lot to organise for his discharge, this went smoothly due to the organised, efficient staff and this enabled my mum and I to look after him at home for a few days until he passed away.

Thank you for taking this time to give us your lovely feedback, it is a real testament to the staff and their care of your dad, that you have come on to Care Opinion so soon after your father's passing. It is a shame you had such a short time to spend with your dad at home, but it is really good he did get home.
