"Don't really care about the patient at all"

I have been attending Genix for a few years, mainly only when I'm in pain and need treatment, every single time I've been they just don't seem to care at all. I'm always fobbed off, left waiting an extra 20-30mins, then my treatment is very very short, not the allocated time which I'm sure they are being paid for. The thing is, all these times where my appointment is 30mins and they do the treatment in 10-15, that's time they haven't spent on checking my actual teeth for problems and maybe even do some preventative treatment, rather than leaving it until it needs to be removed. Not happy about the fact that the dentist never speaks to me, doesn't explain anything, doesn't ask questions and nor do they give advice. I point out other teeth that I have issues with and want sorting before they become bad, but they refuse to listen to me and do a treatment plan for me. Is it because I'm NHS and deserve substandard treatment? I'm going for a checkup and scale and polish next week, if it is the same again and I don't walk out there with a treatment plan, I'm going to another dentist! Fix the way you treat NHS patients and actually do the work you're paid to do!
