I went to A& E following a fall in which I badly injured my face. I was seen very quickly by the Charge Nurse, who was friendly, thorough and efficient. The Charge Nurse then called upon the opinion of the consultant, who again saw me very quickly, and immediately set about repairing my badly damaged lip.
Everyone I saw was calm, friendly, courteous and very professional, and I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I received.
