This was my second visit to Crosshouse A&E over the past 4 weeks with my current problem and on this occasion my experience was much more positive. I was referred to A&E by my GO to see a specialist physiotherapist.
After checking into reception I saw a nurse in triage who then took me through to the main A&E department.
I was then seen by a lovely young lady who I think was called Gemma. Gemma made me feel very much at ease by explaining what she would be doing and assured me she would be doing whatever she could do to try and help me with my back problem. No doubt Gemma has recorded all the details of her assessment and treatment carried out by her along with the further treatment she would suggest in an effort to help with my back problem.
I would like to thank all the staff who attended to me on this visit to Crosshouse A&E with particular praise given to Gemma who was very genuine and caring in her attention to me. Thank you!
