"the difference people make"

yesterday I had to go to TGH for a colonoscopy . To be quite frank the experience was a nightmare from beginning to end . The staff made it quite clear they did not want to be there . do they think we do . I was made to feel that I was keeping them from going home after I was kept waiting for 2 hours . When I asked if I could have something different from Pethidine I was told no and the whole attitude was such that you put your health at risk because quite frankly I am dreading going back . Today I have been to Wythenshaw Hospital for an MRI scan . All the staff were friendly and efficient and put TGH to shame.
